Brand Buyer (Shenzhen, China)
Responsibilities & Duties:
• Conduct market research and category planning for electronics, including trend analysis, consumer insights, and competitor benchmarking to define category strategies and identify bestselling products
• Build and manage a network of high-quality suppliers; evaluate supplier capabilities, negotiate cooperation terms, and ensure product quality and timely delivery
• Perform cost analysis to optimize procurement expenses and improve gross margins; develop multi-supplier sourcing strategies for key SKUs aligned with business targets
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to increase category visibility, drive customer acquisition, and improve conversion rates
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in category buying or procurement, preferably within electronics-related industries
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with proven ability to lead supplier partnerships independently
• Working proficiency in English, with strong market insight and business acumen
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to perform under pressure and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
